Gail’s Qualifications includes H.DIP Ed (phys ed) Professional Reebok Personal Trainer DIP. Reebok Master Trainer.
All equipment supplied by “Technogym” and includes cardio equipment namely 2 Treadmills and 4 Bikes Machines; a Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Chest Press, Vertical Traction Shoulder Press, Tricep Pushdown, Dumbell Rack, 4kgs to 28kg Barbells and Z bar available. We are excited to announce that we now have a Momentum Multiply Fitvault QR Scan code at the Gym and Non-Multiply members can also log gym visits through FitVault, irrespective of who the health provider is. With the push of a button you will be able to download your Activity Reports directly to your email which you can in turn forward to your broker or health provider for point allocations.
